Gynaecological Department
Gynaecological Department has been established in February 2003. This department has 25 beds operating in operative and conservative gynaecology routine; gynaecology service includes department for artificial abortions (mini) up to 12th week pregnancy. This department is provided with advanced equipment for operational interventions on women’s genital organs.
The head of the department is the gynaecologist of the higher category Murat Sidikov
The surgery interventions include cases of following pathologies:
- Hystermyoma;
- Oothecoma,
- Sclero- and polycystosis of ovary;
- Tubo-ovarian formations;
- Plastic surgery due to descent of womb and vaginal walls;
- Abscess and cysts of Bartholin’s glands,
- Surgical sterilisation;
- Tubal patency restoration;
- Medical abortion
The surgical operations carried out using medical equipment Mini-Assistant, video-laparoscopic stand Karl Storz, as well by classic accesses. As additional method of examination we use hysteroscopy since 2007.
We provide medical treatment of patients with inflammatory diseases of genital organs and menstrual disorder using up-to-date medicines and therapeutic regimes which allow achieving good results in relatively short period of time.
The separate group is patients with pathological menopause symptoms. Developed regimes to treat such patient allowed us achieving good results.
Since January 2004 this department can provide services of emergency gynaecology rendering aid to women having bleeding, tubal pregnancy suspicion, ovarian apoplexy, and gelvisperitonitis.
